• NOTE: No. 5 water bottle which appears with other miscellaneous items in an 1892 US Glass Factory D catalogue for the US No. 15011 pattern. No. 5 may be an early US Glass short line or it may be a very late George Duncan & Sons product. The No. 5 items don't appear in the George Duncan & Sons catalogues in my files. Note the neck of the water bottle in the one catalogue cut differs from the later catalogue cut posted.
