NOTE: Liz Roach 2024: I see the Monongah 0983-type bottle in the National Glass (McKee Works) 1904 catalog, also catalogued as No. 983, It could date to c1901 as it is seen in the 1901 Export Catalog. Hard to tell if Monongah was copying the pattern or actually had the mould.
