BICYCLE LOVERS ETCHING (AKA)
Unknown Maker, Introduced: early 1890's
• NOTE: Sid Lethbridge 2021 - This etching - aka Bicycle Lovers - is discussed in Figural Acid Etchings, Book 1 by Frank Consentino. The etching plate was found at the Cambridge Glass Co. and recorded by Mark Nye but likely was acquired at some point by Cambridge but never used by this company. The designer was J.C. Bragdon of Pittsburgh. Frank suggests early 1890s based on the woman's clothing.
