• NOTE: Paul Kirk Jr. 2022 - Fostoria definitely used the name "Cresap" when they reissued the pattern as part of their Centennial II collection (see 1973-74 catalog image, courtesy TGPF), but there is no catalog known from the original issue c. 1906 that calls it anything but No. 1497. Weatherman stated that the Cresap name was given at the time of the reissue.
