• NOTE: Westmoreland made a very similar plate WESTMORELAND SPECIALTY CO. No. 16 CASCADE PLATE (OMN) with and outside border known as Forget-Me-Not. The central design is similar, but much more detail in the unknown maker version with (Lacy Heart Border), better mold work.
