FLYING PHEASANT ETCHING (AKA)
• AKA:
Unknown Glass Company for Etchings No. 1 (Unknown Location, Operated: Unknown), Introduced: c1880s Introduced
• NOTE: Sid Lethbridge - The Flying Pheasant Etching is another frame type etching with a flying bird within two arches of hops and wheat tied at the base with a ribbon similar to that observed on Floral Wreath. For the purposes of my research the firm that did this etching has designated as U1 i.e. Unknown 1. They were very prolific and there are about 30 etchings that can be assigned to them.
