• NOTE: Pattern appears very similar to UNITED STATES GLASS CO. No. 15088 PANAMA (OMN) but is not it.
NOTE: Sid Lethbridge - These wines have not been identified as to maker or date. It has been suggested that they are fairly late. They can be found in crystal, milk and decorated with blue or dark pink stains.
NOTE: A McKee & Bros No. 989 decanter was found with these stems with a matching blue decoration.
