NOTE: Pattern is similar to WEST VIRGINIA GLASS CO. No. 213 (OMN), AKA: Scroll with Cane Band. Listed in Standard Encyclopedia of Opalescent Glass 5th edition as such, but it is not. There is not a cane pattern to this piece but instead diamonds and this one has a flower shape in the base along with other subtle differences.
NOTE: Paul Kirk Jr. - I do not think English, but certainly European. More likely German or Bohemian.
