Bottles with this decoration are shown on page 184 of Gary Schneider's book, Fostoria Glass Co, Book 1, the Opal Years. No 2090 Colognes/Toilet & bathroom Bottles. The ones in his book are 2 1/2" wide, and 4 1/4" to the top of the stopper. Gary says they are not shown in catalogs; the ones with the Bluebird decor are in the 1916 price list as either 3.5oz or 6.5oz.
