NOTE: Lanae Kilcoyle 2020: Lechner 2 p.92 shows a Flat based shaker as Gillinder. Sid Lethbridge: An 1901 advertisement from China, Glass & Lamps shows this with other Dithridge patterns.Based on the illustrated ad, I would go with documented Dithridge for the flat based shaker.
