UNITED STATES GLASS CO. No. 15005 SILVER AGE (OMN) by United States Glass Company/Pittsburgh-PA (Company Operated: 1891-1962) , 1892 Introduced

• AKA: Coin; SILVER AGE ; U.S. Coin
NOTE: Sid Lethbridge: US Glass introduced No. 15005 to the market in October 1891 from their Factory O (former Central Glass factory) and Factory H (former Hobbs factory). Although the design concept must have started before the inception of US Glass in August 1891, the pattern was in fact introduced by US Glass. Silver Age is referenced in a trade journal report so it appears to be the OMN. The moulds were destroyed in early June 1892. Columbian Coin is an AKA for US Glass No. 15005 1/2 which a September 1892 trade journal report stated would be made at Plant N (former Nickel Plate factory) as the World's Fair pattern.
