CLIMAX SECTION JARS (OMN) rip2 by Ripley and Company [Second] (Pittsburgh-PA, Company Operated: 1875-1891), Unknown Date of Introduction
NOTE: They have a May 20, 1873 patent date on them. The 1873 patent was held by D C Ripley for jelly jars that were stackable. The patent would have been good for 17 years or until May 20, 1890. These were reintroduced by US Glass (aka Tiffin) decades later with the patent dates still present, often with a light ruby staining.
