SCALLOPED RIM WITH RIBBING (AKA) crys by Crystal Glass Company (Pittsburgh-PA, Company Operated: 1869-1890), 1874 Introduced
• AKA: Bennett's Prisms
NOTE: Sid Lethbridge 2020: this pattern has the same forms as Scalloped RIm (AKA) but with addition of ribbing. Patent No. D7551 (shown) issued to Daniel Bennett July 14, 1874
NOTE: Robert Burford 2021: Unitt pg.109 calls the pattern "Bennett's PRISMS", citing Revi who shows a patent assigned to a man named Bennett, an officer in the startup of Crystal Glass works. Revi does not name the pattern & there seems to be no matching name in Crystal Glass work's lineup per Revi.
