NOTE: Sid Lethbridge 2019 - The OMN was Thistle and it was introduced by Dalzell, Gilmore & Leighton. After National Glass closed down the Findlay factory in 1901, National moved the moulds for this piece to their IT&G works in Greentown where it was renamed as No. 407 Thistle.
