NOTE: Sid Lethbridge - McKee brought out a Colonial line in 1907 with the same shapes as their Old Colony line which might be No. 20 Colonial. There is a December 1909 illustrated advertisement with No. 20 labeled as Twentieth Century Colonial and Rock Crystal (introduced in 1908). So No. 20 was introduced no later than 1910 and possibly as early as 1907.
