NOTE: Gary Schneider - This plate 1st appears in Fostoria 1901 catalog and is pierced (used for hanging) it then appears in the 1903 catalog without piercing. In 1903 it was available in pink green or rust cold applied decorations. In 1901 it was decorated with red or green with gold beads.
