NOTE: Sid Lethbridge 2019: Central did make opal hens before joining US Glass as this 1891 price list shows. To get turquoise, all that is needed is a few ounces of copper in the batch so it is quite possible that Central made those as well.
NOTE: This is not the Linebacker Hen. Linebacker base has a smooth top rim. Central Glass HON has a scalloped top rim.
