That company advertised the holder at 5 cents and a candle at 1 cent. Two panels contain a shield with stars and stripes and two panels contain a jeweled star in a circle with the words Stars - Stripes. The bottom reads (in an outside circle) Safety Night Light Co., and "BKLYN N.Y." in the center.
