NOTE: Sid Lethbridge: The date of introduction is c1909 which would be the 100th birthday of Lincoln. Here is a cut from a Fall 1909 Butler Bros. catalogue. The original maker is not known but likely is not Westmoreland. Kemple acquired the mould for this piece at some point in the late 1940s or the 1950s. That was well before Westmoreland went out of business. McKee is a distinct possibility but Kemple acquired their moulds from several other parties as well.
