NOTE: Liz Roach - Welker's has this as (the) CONFEDERACY AKA Cathedral Arch, maker and date unknown. The size and shape (and yes, the name too) look pre-Civil War to me but the usual resources (Lee, McCain, Metz) don't show this pattern at all.
