NOTE: Sid Lethbridge 2023: A little known fact is that there are two sizes of the Skull match holder with the larger being 3" tall. How do we know? The very last page of the c1902 National Export catalogue is an errata page and it mentions the two sizes. The smaller is ~2.25" tall.
