WESTMORELAND SPECIALTY CO. No. 909 (OMN) by Westmoreland Specialty Company/Grapeville-PA (Company Operated: 1889-1924), Unknown Date of Introduction

• AKA: Lacy Daisy
NOTE: Similarities between Westmoreland No. 909 and U.S. Glass No. 9525
NOTE: Sid Lethbridge: the US Glass 9525 has clear unpatterned rims, the Westmoreland 909 has the pattern all the way to the top rim except for the table set which has a vertical ribbed effect. If you saw these two patterns in real life, the differences in shape and overall pattern would be obvious from about 20 feet. At arms length, you would see many, many more differences the most important of which is that the Westmoreland pattern has a distinct pattern on top of the buttons and the US Glass pattern does not.
