NOTE: Sid Lethbridge:. OMN was No. 11 Star bread plate (based on 1894 Pitkin Brooks catalog). A later appearance in the Cambridge Glass Co. 1903 catalog with the same name supports the Canton attribution and the OMN. Cambridge was a repository of National Glass Co. moulds and/or old stock from multiple factories like Canton, Northwood and other member companies.
