NOTE: Paul Kirk Jr 2026: Due to similarities to BH's Duke (Frog) butter and the Kaiser Wilhelm plate (the unusual contour of the edge), I feel it was quite possibly made by BH in the mid-to-late 1880s.Heacock showed an amber example in an issue of Glass Review in the 1980's
