NOTE: Sid Eapg (Lethbridge) 2024: "My personal speculation is that it is a Canadian made item influenced by Jones, Cavitt & Co. No. 128 Victor. It is possibly the Star pattern introduced by the Excelsior Glass Co. c1889 and continued by the Diamond Glass Co., Ref. Glass Facts, Volume 10, Issue 1, Searching for the Diamond Star, Sid Lethbridge, pp 2-12. My rationale for that assignment is 11 pages long and concludes that it is still speculative.
