UNKNOWN CRUCIFIX CANDLE STICK NO. 7 (AKA) by Unknown Maker/Unknown Location (Company Operated: Unknown), Uncertain date of introduction
NOTE: Teresa Haas 1-11-26 - These C/S's are described in "The Candlestick Book, Volume 3" (Felt & Stoer, p. 325, AP-HO1a & HO1-b), by unknown maker. The authors also stated: "Because of the differences in detail and glass quality, we suspect that this mold passed from one company to another." No date is given, but the details of the early version are similar to other crucifix candlesticks dating to the last quarter of the 19th century,...Mine are crystal, milk glass, 2 shades of amber, and blue. I believe the mold, modified in a way to obscure the inscription after the (IRNI) error was noticed, was just worn down because the detail in the early ones is much crisper than the late ones.
