TAM O'SHANTER PLATE (AKA) by Unknown Maker/Unknown Location (Company Operated: Unknown), Unknown Date of Introduction

NOTE: Brad Gougeon - Platter depicts Tam O'Shanter and Souter Johnny (incorrectly spelled Soutar here), who were characters in a poem by Robert Burns. Several authors have speculated that this is English in origin but with the misspelling and the lack of either an English registry mark or factory mark, it can just as easily be American.
NOTE: Pat Lynch - Sowerby produced this color and did a lot of these "theme" pieces.
