NOTE: Liz Roach 2024: This "High Shoe bottle" is seen in a grouping of similar shoes on plate 182 of Ruth Webb Lee's Victorian Glass 1944 Eighth Edition. She says hers is 3-1/4"H, 4L and that it appears to have been an ink bottle, as do the others in the grouping.
