NOTE: Sid Lethbridge - Mosaic (i.e. slag glass) novelties that appear in wholesaler catalogs in 1887/8. They are generally assigned to Challinor, Taylor although they do not appear in the available Challinor, Taylor catalogs which are later than the period that Mosaic was popular.

"We have received information to the effect that "slag ware," as it is called is made by Challinor, Taylor & Co., Pittsburgh, under the name of mosaic ware. Further information can be headed by calling at their office, 24 Park place."
